I really love their new LP, although I don’t really understand the costumes but I seriously think they will get a problem with their music. As I already mentioned after seeing their program off ice I clearly hear some lyrics and vocal music in it and I’m wondering why they didn’t get a deduction for it. Maybe yesterday the judges decided not to be that strict in a small competition like the Nebelhorn Trophy but I really think this will change when it comes down to bigger competitions like Worlds or Olympics. It reminds me a bit of Joubert’s All for you SP, when he got a deduction for vocal music only at Worlds 2008 but not in previous events like Grand Prixs or Euros.

The 6 remaining spots go to:
1) SUI – Lambiel
2) AUT – Pfeifer
3) GER- Lindemann
4) PRK – Ri
5) ROU – Kelemen
6) FIN – Nurmenkari
The Judges scores are already on ISU. I am a bit surprised by Lambiel’s. He did:
2A, 4T+2T+2T, 3F+3T, FCoSp4, 3LO, CiSt3, 1Lz, 3F, 2A, FSSp3, SlSt3, 3S, CCoSp4
Ok, he did a quad but popped the Lutz and had no triple Axel and compared to others his score 154.91 seems a bit too high to me, especially because it’s so early in this season. I am happy for Ponsero and Lindemann for skating such a good long programs, although I really think Ponsero won’t be the second skater alongside Joubert, who will skate in Vancouver. My guess is that it will be Amodio.

WOW Lambiel is back but I’m even more amazed by Brezina, I hope someone will upload the programs somewhere. I am a bit confused about Ponsero. His technical score is incredible low (22.40) and he does only have one point deduction for something. At the French Masters last week he did have 33.26 in TES!! At Absolute Skating Forum are some photos and videos of Lambiel.

Well since Pechalat/Bourzat withdrew I expected the US pair to win this competition and they took the lead with more than 5 points after the CD. The two German pairs lying in about the same area on 10th and 13th place. This evening the dancers will already skate their Original Dance.
At the moment the pairs are skating their SP. Well, I guess I don’t need to mention for whom I’m keeping finger’s crossed
